Kramp · PDF Creator

A portal for translating product catalogues while keeping their original layout

Kramp sells parts and equipment in many European markets. Every catalogue has to be prepared in several languages. The traditional route is technical translation followed by fresh typesetting, which means a dozen or more days of work and a cost of several thousand to well over ten thousand złoty (PLN) per catalogue.

I built a browser-based portal. You upload a PDF and get back a finished catalogue in one of nine languages, in the original layout and typeface. Staff see a live preview, and the system warns them when text doesn’t fit its frame. A glossary of industry terms keeps the wording consistent, and links to the online shop switch automatically to the right market.

Result: a catalogue for a new market takes hours, not weeks. A person always makes the final call.

Math Eddie

A learning platform for eighth-grade pupils. A project I led as project manager, together with a team

Pupils prepare for Poland’s eighth-grade maths exam using random exercises, and their parents don’t know how far along they are.

Math Eddie is an AI-powered tutor that teaches with real exam questions, adapts the learning path to each pupil and explains everything step by step. It has dashboards for pupils and parents, leaderboards and paid subscriptions.

Result: it is live in production and is also used by schools.

Intu Circularity

A platform connecting fashion brands with repair providers and logistics. A project I led as project manager, together with a team

Fashion brands want to offer their customers clothing repair and cleaning, but they have no service of their own to provide it.

Intu is a platform that connects an online shop, local repairers and logistics. It handles each request from registration to settlement.

Result: a brand can launch the service without building its own structures.
