About me
I wanted to give my team one day off a week.
Today I help others do the same.

For years I ran marketing departments. We did what marketing should do: support sales and build brand awareness and preference. But one of my biggest challenges was something you never see in reports: running the department from the inside. Too many things took far too long.
Back then, automation was hard. The IT systems would not allow it. Neither would the tools we used. And every change took a great deal of work, learning and retraining people in a new way of working. Even so, I managed to make changes that made sense: ones that cut the time lost on routine and on activities that built neither the brand nor sales.
My private goal was always the same. To organise and automate the work so well that I could give my people one day off. A day to get a little bored, look for inspiration, step away from their desk and their own patch, and then bring back something that would set us apart as a company, a brand and a team.
Today I do this far better. I have the tools, the knowledge and the experience. I also know what to avoid and what is best left undone.
‘I use this knowledge in my work with AI: I teach teams to organise and automate their everyday work, taking the dull, repetitive tasks off their plate.
Usually with the tools the company already has, without adding anything new, and often by taking something away.’
My path
From the start I was drawn to three things: digital, communication and genuinely making things work better. On top of that, I am obsessed with sorting and organising. I like things to have their place and work to flow without needless stops. I used to do it with spreadsheets, procedures and sheer persistence. Today I can do it with tools that finally make it possible.
I deliberately worked my way up from the smallest steps to senior roles. I wanted to understand where the real challenges were, not just how good everything looked on a slide for the board. That is why I know how long a report really takes, where information gets lost and why a great plan falls apart against a team’s daily routine.
Content and communication have always been close to my heart: talking about what really matters and sensing where trends are heading before they become obvious. The same curiosity led me to AI. Not as a fad, but as a tool that finally lets me do what I had been fighting for over the years: give people more time to think and less time spent retyping.

Experience
BuildDesk
I started with simple things, and my first big school of digital was BuildDesk: I brought one of the first SaaS platforms and one of the first pay-per-use solutions in construction to the Polish market. From scratch, in a market that did not yet know it needed anything of the kind.
ROCKWOOL
Then I returned to construction on a bigger scale. Over eleven years at ROCKWOOL I went from digital and PR to heading the marketing communications and PR department for Central and Eastern Europe. I introduced digitalisation where the industry had not yet seen it: apps and the first email and process automations in our work with distributors and contractors. Together with the company, I received the Golden Arrow award for the Rock Town gamification project.
Girteka Group
Next came Girteka Group, an international logistics group, and communication across the whole of Europe. On the one hand, crisis communication, where digital and speed of response were crucial. On the other, building Girteka’s image as one of the most digitally advanced transport companies, where AI is used every day. I ran viral social media campaigns such as ‘Mindaugas on the Road’ and, at the same time, automated the team’s day-to-day operational work behind them.
Since 2025
Since 2025 I have been working for myself. For companies, I run workshops, organise tools and processes, and build internal apps and automations. I also build custom systems to order, as well as my own digital products such as Math Eddie and PABdoc.
