Big ideas need more than quick code.

Complete systems and platforms that I build from idea to working product, together with a team of experts.

With AI, you can build an app in a single evening these days. That is exactly why it is so easy to build something nobody needs. The team sees a problem, knows straight away what to do, ships a solution, and nothing changes. What was missing was an understanding of what the problem really is, and whose problem it is.

That is why I run large projects as project manager using a simple loop in which no step is skipped. We start with the signal: what is changing in the market, what users keep saying and what is not yet visible. Then we name the problem. We talk to the people who will use the system, and only from those conversations do we choose one direction.

Next we build a prototype, the simplest thing that will show whether we are right. It has to be clickable and reach a real user within days, not after a quarter. In the test step we look at what people do, not at what they say. Only then do we launch the product: with accounts, payments, an admin panel and everything else it needs to survive in the market. The loop doesn’t end at launch. We learn from users’ data and behaviour and take what we learn back to the beginning.

Back to Signal

  1. Signal

    • What is changing in the market?
    • What do customers and the team keep saying?
    • What does the data not show yet?
  2. Problem

    • Whose problem is it really?
    • What does it cost today?
    • What is the cause and what is the symptom?
  3. Prototype

    • What has to work to test the idea?
    • What are we not building yet?
  4. Test

    • What do people do, not what do they say?
    • Where do they get lost?
    • Does the problem actually go away?
  5. Launch

    • What does the product need to survive in the market?
    • Who will maintain it, and how?
  6. Learn

    • What do the numbers say after the first few weeks?
    • What do we fix first?
    • What new signals have appeared?

For every project I put together a team matched to the need. I work with freelancers who are each experts in their field: developers, designers, data specialists and people who know the industry inside out. There are no random people here and no long chain of command. There are people who do their part best, and I am responsible for making sure the whole thing comes together as one working product.

That is how these came about: Math Eddie, an AI tutor that prepares pupils for Poland’s eighth-grade exam, used by pupils, parents and schools; PABdoc, which generates the technical description for a building permit application in about 20 minutes instead of 3 to 4 hours; and Intu Circularity, a platform connecting fashion brands with repair providers and logistics.

‘You bring knowledge of your industry and your customers.

I bring the process, the team and the experience of building AI-powered products.’

Let’s talk

30 minutes, no strings attached. You tell me what is slowing you down, and I tell you whether I can help and where I would start in your shoes. Even when the answer is ‘you don’t need this’.
